Stay at POR if you can, we much prefered it to CBR. CBR seemed too old even with the refurbs - we enjoy all the stays but this was our least favorite resort.

Regardless what the situation was i feel there should be no reason to be rude. When deciding on which resort to stay at i spoke to CBR directly. THEY told me to call 5-10 days in advance and would be happy to deal with any request - guess NOT
