This worked the same for us too just this week. We received a credit and family traveling with us with no charge card attached to their reservation received cash back. The credit is not offered, you have to ask for it.

I did online check in for us and family traveling with us for our stay last week. We added a credit card, they did not. No issues at all, they did not use their room keys for charges. Neither one of us received confirmation emails but our packets were waiting for us at check in.

We were looking forward to VN the most too. It was such a bummer.

So sorry to hear this. We are in the same boat as far as need for a bldg close to the lobby/food court. Preferred was not available with our PIN code so I booked standard. DH has degenerative disc disease with chronic back pain and cannot tolerate a lot of walking. We are planning on surgery...

Just wondering....how is the wifi in the rooms? I'll be bringing my ipad that has all of our reservation info on it. Not sure if I should just print it all out.

Rain is forecasted every day it seems for July/August but if you see the forecast then look back to what the weather REALLY was on that day, there is most often very little rain. I've been doing that to get an idea of just how rainy August is. We arrive in 2 days!
