I just got off the ship on Thursday and I'm still feeling the dizzy effect. It's getting a little better but I often still feel the sensation of the ship moving. It's the one thing I don't like about cruising, the after effects. Just more proof that I really should just stay on the ship. :lmao:

Hi all!! Just back from the Dream and while onboard we booked this cruise to Alaska. In our party it is me (40), husband (42), daughter (11), son (7) and my parents (73 and 76). We have been on 5 Disney cruises, so with this one we get our gold lanyards. So excited, I already started a countdown...

I just got off the Dream on Thursday and currently you have Darrin, who I think is wonderful.

Just off the Dream with Darrin and he said that he's going to the Wonder next. He's hoping for some Alaska sailings next summer. I told him he had to be on our Alaska sailing as he's my favorite. He's only been on the Dream for about 4 weeks, he said.

From what I read the family suites at AoA were exempt from the change. Cars, Nemo, and LK should all still have fridges. It's the LM rooms that don't.

Shoot!!! I guess it's not looking good for us. We check in to a Nemo Suite on Wednesday. My parents are in a Cars suite, also checking in on Wednesday. My sister checks into a Little Mermaid room on Friday. I just sent them a text to not plan on having a fridge. My dh is not going to be happy...

Am I correct that AoA was not a part of the fridge replacement? Those were fine, I thought I read. We will be there next week.

Tear up when the CM's announce our family name and all clap for us. I love this. My dd actually recorded it on her iPod last summer when we boarded the Magic. Head straight up to the pool deck for lunch and a swim/Aquaduck. Love the posting to Facebook suggestion. Definitely have to do...

We always choose the earliest arrival time possible. When we board we are usually in group 2 but last year's cruise out of NY we had group 5 :eek:. We are a group of 11 also so we usually have a few bags. We head up to Cabanas, grab lunch at a table outside then most of us change into our suits...

I've simply taken them through the windshield while we are driving. Some turn out better than others.
