Well, if you like Jimmy Buffet i would check out Margaritavill at Universal City walk. Me and my DGF spent some time going around to all the resorts, spent some time in downtown disney then finished off the night at Pleasure Island (Comedy and Adventures Clubs)

We were down there between 6-28 and 7-8, Onsite at Hess it was at 2.11 when we got there, 2.14 by the time we left, offsite was as high as 2.30-2.35

Personal opinion: Avoid The Paddock for now, bus service is a bit sketch and you can hear some of the costruction noise. Great rooms though
