Which section were you in Mike ? Maybe mousekeeping is below par in one of the areas of CBR. We'll be there Saturday (2nd time there) and hope to have better luck.

Does the transferer (person giving up the reservation) have to call to make the change, or can the transferee (person getting the reservation) call if they have the original reservation number? Or do we just check in as the transferer and avoid the whole issue? Thanks in advance.
