How can anyone forget meeting you?🤪 It was at RPR. Days go by slow and years go by fast. I’m looking forward to this year I went solo 1st time last year and I was a little nervous about it,but it was great!

We are going last week of July, we went a couple of days after they reopened , and it was different but not bad at all. funny though the thing I noticed and missed was the sounds of guests screaming, laughing , seeing people smile . Seemed very quite.

You are correct, I called just to hear what would be said. The lady at guest services said they are thinking about extending hours.

I was wondering if they would be closing again due to the increase in cases. also I noticed that the park hours end on July 26th. Kinda odd they would end before the month of July .

update- I got a email saying I have not made a deposit on my reservation, so I called and that is taken care of, don't know why it did not work 1st time. I called about the other payment and the lady said it was going out monday in the form of a check, fingers crossed this is all done .

I do have a confirmation # and does show up as being good. I did get the deposit back from the july reservation, it's the $200 I paid after that I have not got back. It was not a package reservation. I will be calling again monday.

I have called both, same answers. as for the July reservation I've called both plus loews hotel accounting.

I made a reservation for Sapphire Falls 5 days ago and they still have not taken the deposit out yet. I have called twice and they assured me the reservation is good but don't know why the deposit has not posted. I also canceled the reservation for aventura the same day and have not got that...

Yes they can. I have been upgraded several times free of charge.Twice at CBBR, std to a pool view and std to a family suite. RPR std to water veiw many times and once a std to king suite club level. last year at SF std to a hospitality suite. How I did it you ask? Thats what I did.....I ask...
