I’m curious about how you get these codes? I’ve only been to WDW once 15 years ago, are they for frequent visitors?

They would not honor what it stated.

We've only had late seatings on previous cruises, DD was 8 on one, and 10 on the other. We didn't have any problems, there was always food around if she couldn't wait.
