    Booked for Next Year?

We've booked 21 nights at AKL for sept next year, prices are eye watering but we haven't been for 8 years and need to get a trip in before our teens get too old

How long do you usually stay at Disney when you go on vacation?

Previously we have done 14 and 16 night trips, that was when we lived in the U.K. Now we live in Australia and with a 24 hour flight it's not worth a short trip so next year we will be there for 23 nights. 2 nights room only in the cheapest room we can get to chill and recover from flight, then...

Jambo! The newest AKL Information thread

All booked for next year :-) 15th September for 21 nights with free dining plan :-) Standard view room due to length of stay, would love to be on kudu trail with a people pen view but just happy to be there whatever room I'm in. Just don't want one near bus stops as I'm a light sleeper

Many thanks, I know when we last went in 2009 cherry coke was in the mug station at POR, so was hoping it was still around in the stations. We had cherry coke in the UK but for some reason it's just not here in Australia. Maybe I'll just add a few cartons of it to our garden grocer order :-)

Jambo! The newest AKL Information thread

I have a silly question, do the refillable mug stations have cherry coke in them. We are from Australia and cannot get it here unless we buy overpriced imported stuff. It's the only request my 15 yr old son has made :-) We are just about to book our trip this week for September 2018 staying 21...

    Free Disney Dining 2018?

Traditionally it has been offered end of April. It will be interesting to see what happens this year with so much construction etc happening, seems like a lot of changes at Disney. I'm also holding out for the free dining too, keeping everything crossed this isn't the year they don't offer it

We are currently researching resorts for our trip in 2018 and I know there are lot of resort refurbishments currently happening or happening in 2017. Does anybody have any ideas what might be getting a major overhaul in 2018 at all? I know it's ages away but just wondered if any rumours or any...

    Australians heading to disneyworld.

We are looking to start planning our trip over to WDW for 2018, our first trip since we moved to Oz. Free Disney Dining Plan 2016!!

We went for OKW. We were initially going to go back to por as we love it there and upgrade the dining plan (as we definitely want the table service one) but after upgrading the plan POR was working out more expensive than OKW so thought we might as well have the deluxe resort and added benefits...

    Free Disney Dining Plan 2016!!

I've just booked 3 weeks at OKW for sept 2016, 2 adults and 2 kids who class as adults. Prices were crazy, OKW same price as CSr by the time we factored in ddp upgrade, and AKL was same price as Por almost. We originally were going back to POR but OKW was nearly £500 cheaper and we get bigger...

i'm from the UK and am considering booking for POR with the CS plan for free (if it is actually what is offered as we don't know anything other than rumours just yet) At first i was not impressed but thinking about it, it will probably work for us as having 2 young children having to centre our...
