I am so worried about the crowds for the first weekend of the celebration. I am taking my daughter on a last minute long weekend trip from May 6-May 9th. I am wondering how touringplans.com came up with a 7 for that time frame. Althought the moderates are booked, there seems to be a lot of hotel...
If you go to www.allearsnet.com they have a section called Universal Studios People at Large or something similar to that. It gives accounts of larger sized people and their experiences on the rides. If you go to Search and put in Large People it will pop it up. FYI there is also the same type...
You might be surprised about the annual pass not being worth the money. They are only $179 and it could potentially save you a bundle on your room rate. However, sometimes the AAA is less expensive when you check dates far out, but the APH rate has been dropping as the dates approach. You could...
I don't think I would plan my vacation based on the weather. We have been tio Disney in January when it was 85 degrees and we have been in April when it was freezing. The beginning of Dec is a really nice time to go- you will get to see the Christmas decorations with low crowds. The mods are...
I am planning a last minute trip for me and my daughter from May 6-9th. We can get the Dolphin for $189 or the BC or BWI for $234. I can't decide which to book. Any thoughts? I have stayed at BC and loved it. The BWI looks great to me except I am not wild about the fact that you have to go out...
I would vote to switch to a moderate. It is really nice to have some additional activities right at your resort-especially with children your age. If you go with a moderate you will get a nicer pool with a water slide. Also, depending on where you stay, you may have access to bikes, water...
I guess it is possible. Maybe try showing up as soon as they start seating for dinner. The last time we went in the off season Chef Mickey's was swarming with people. Also, keep trying to get a PS. People do cancel.
Thanks for letting us know that they are still using the old numbering system. I guess I had better call CRO and change my request from 9E to 9b. Hope you and your family have a wonderful vacation.
zurgswife-I am not sure what his name was-I should have because he was so great. I think I would have remembered if it was Bobby the Kid (kind of hard to forget!) He was probably 5'9" or so with blondish wavy hair (not too much of it if I remember!!) It may have been receding. Does that sound...
I think it really depends on your server. Last time we were there we did not have a PS so my husband and son stood in line to get a table whil my daughter and I went to the gift shop for a minute. As we were coming back across the lobby toward WC all of the sudden I heard someone SCREAMING...
