    Special needs stroller/pushchair

We rented the liberty stroller last April for my 6 year old with multiple disabilities. She was very comfortable in it, but it was a little difficult getting on and off the buses from the hotels. We were able to get the stroller used as a wheelchair, so they were able to strap her in on the bus...

    Fairfax in DHS

You can use a counter service meal here on the meal plan. I was very impressed with the menu on our last trip. I think it's the best counter service at DHS. The ribs are great; I think they're the same as Flametree BBQ over at AK. We also really liked the hot dogs: the one with mac and cheese...

Les Chefs Veteran or Biergarten Noobie?

Thanks for the replies, everyone. We changed our ADR to Biergarten. It's always fun to try something new. I think I sold my wife on the unlimited Pretzel Rolls ;)

Les Chefs Veteran or Biergarten Noobie?

Hi Everyone, My wife and I are heading down in October and trying to decide between Les Chefs des Frances and Biergarten. We've been to Les Chefs a ton of times, and we always have a good meal there. Should we can Les Chefs and go for something new with Biergarten? My only hesitation is...

Charging ipad and/or phones at parks

I didn't know that there were charging stations now and charging services at Guest Services. Great tip! I have brought a zaggsparq with me over the years. I have an older version that's a lot more clunky than the newer models: http://www.zagg.com/portable-power Basically, you charge it in...

Photo Pass - Is it worth is?

If you preorder the Memory Maker, it's worth the price. It's still expensive, but you now get an unlimited amount of digital pictures from photo pass attractions and photographers around the parks. The experience is better than it used to be. You used to be limited to the number of pictures...

    Garden grill

I was there last in January of 2012. I really like the location and the rotating restaurant gimmick is fun. The kids enjoy when you pass by the Living with the Land Boat Ride section so they can look down at the animatronics. That being said, the restaurant is starting to show its age a bit...

    Best choices for breakfast

We've always really enjoyed Boma for breakfast. The offerings are a little different than other locations, and it's really tasty.

    Epcot for young children

I would skip Circle of Life. The film just isn't very good quality. I would make sure you see: - The Seas with Nemo - Journey Into Imagination - Grand Fiesta Tour - Spaceship Earth - Living with the Land Boat Ride - Test Track and Soarin (If your 5 year old is adventurous.) - Check out...

    What's your favorite non-Disney park?

My wife is from the Scranton, PA area, so we've ventured out to Knoebels. I really enjoyed the free admission so we could only go at own pace. I remember a great Travel Channel special on great theme park food, and Knoebels was featured. I have to agree that the food was amazing. For us...

    Skipping out on Epcot

I would totally agree with these comments about Epcot. There is a lot to see and do in the park, and while you might need to do a little extra walking to find some things for the kids, there' s a ton to do. 3 Year Old Fun - Journey Into Imagination - The Seas with Nemo - Grand Fiesta Tour -...

    Best spot to view parades

For the Pixar Parade at DCA, we had good luck down by Goofy's Sky School. There isn't a ton of traffic down there because there are a few attractions there that are considered a little more "kiddie." For Soundsational at DL, I had good luck right along the Matterhorn. The path gets a little...

What is World of Color show like?

I don't remember all the ins and outs of getting the FP for World of Color, but it was definitely worth it to get the priority viewing. The area around the show fills up quite a bit at night, so it's nice to have the FP area to see all there is to see. The show is very much a combination of...

    Any job in WDW

I'd love to be a concept artist for Imagineering. I'd love to dream up new attractions and realize them in art form. Unfortunately, I don't have any skills as an artist. I've also considered driving the passenger boats either from Downtown Disney to Port Orleans or between the International...

Walking from Epcot to Yacht Club

I would say it is about a 10 minute walk to Epcot from the Yacht Club. You're looking at a longer walk to Hollywood Studios, but it is still doable. If you're walking with children, the walk to Epcot is fine, but you might want to consider the bus or boat to DHS.

    Need Cars Land Strategy Help

Just got back from DCA last week. If you want to get FP's for Radiator Racers at all, you will need to get to DCA for the park opening. There is an entirely separate line to the left of the main area where people with congregate for rope drop. This is a FP only line. You will want to...

    Flo's V8 Cafe Dinner Review

Hi All, I had the opportunity to eat at Flo's in Cars Land last week for dinner during my trip. I was very impressed by the overall decor. Take a look at any of the pics online to see what it looks like. There's a real 50's diner vibe here. The food selection is very unique, and offers...
