Hhhmm. Fantasmic is on Fridays in Feb. and so are Epcot EMHs. I incorrectly assumed it was that way in Jan. It seems I will need to repost this after Friday the 6th to get feedback for our visit the following week. Thanks!!

We are taking DD(8)'s BFF(12) with us next week. I know we will pay adult prices for character meals but can a 12 year old order off the child's menu at a counter service restaurant? My main concern is that the type of food she likes to eat are the things on the child's menu. ??:confused3 ??

Can anyone share their experience at Epcot's Friday PM EMHs since Fantasmic has been cut to two days? I am thinking we may skip Fantasmic and do the EMH at Epcot in hopes that the crowd will be smaller because of Fantasmic. I really do want to see Fantasmic but from what I have read, it will...

I would say the crowds are a result of the special promotions. I have been in all months except June, July, and August, and have always found Jan. to be the least crowded. We are headed down next Sat. and the end of that week generally gets somewhat crowded. Hope it isn't mobbed!

Thanks everyone! This thread has been very helpful. We will try to do all the AM EMH's and some of the PM EMH's. We are going the second week in Feb. and Fantasmic will only be on Mon. and Fri. I think we will skip (or delay) Epcot EMH's to do Fantasmic. We have never managed to see...

We like to be pretty laid back and wing it too. It's why we haven't done the dining plan. I just look at the trip reports for dissers who use the EMH's,see how much they get to do without waiting in line, and think we really should use them. We have been avoiding them for several years.

Thanks! This is great (and somewhat surprising info) as I was about to write off the EMH's for our upcoming Feb. trip. Our last few experiences have been larger crowds but it sounds like we should keep trying, particularly if we can move everyone out for the am EMH. Yay! :yay:
