I got Pop Century for 117.88 from Oct. 22-26. I cant go then but I did get it. I tried Dec. 7 to 11 and it wasn't available.

You can do online check in 60 days or less prior to your trip. So in order for you to see it today you would have to be arriving at Disney on September 27th.
