Buying AP now but activating later?

There was nothing I could do. It said 90 days right on the ticket. Plus, this was two years ago so it's now a moot point.

Buying AP now but activating later?

The 365 days is strange. I bought an AP for Disneyland and it had a 90 day expiration date on it. I ended up losing the money on it and buying another when I got there. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to check with Disney.

    The DIS Dad's Club

Just wanted to check in and let all the DIS dads know the family is doing well. We're waiting for our December trip and can't wait to go back home. It is cool that this thread is at 100 pages!!! My Spurs just wrapped up their first win in their series with the Hornets. We just have to win...

    Who Here is From Texas?

Aransas Pass has the best boiled shrimp and garlic butter at a place called Corey's. It's across the street from the HEB. We ALWAYS make a point to go eat there when we're at the coast.

    Your 3 best WDW tips!!!

I agree with everything my beautiful wife has stated up above. Even though we share affections for Brett Favre.:rotfl2: We're even going to stop in Kiln, MS on the way over in December. BTW, there's nothing wrong with dragging your 3 1/2 yo on TOT! It put hair on their chest.

    The DIS Dad's Club

I'd like to join the club! I've been to Disney and am going back in December to stay at the Contempo for the first time. I was even lucky to get an MK view!! I totally fall into all the criteria. I'm even luck enough to have an HM 13 clock keeping time in my office. Does anybody remember...

    Bariatric Surgery and Disney World!

    1. Is it worth getting a meal ticket? I'm assuming you're talking about the Disney Dining Plan. If you're eating light, I would have to advise no. It might save you more money to pay as you go. 2. Does Disney offer bariatric discounts on meals such as a child meal? It all depends on...

    Must Eats?!?!?!

Don't forget about the Dole Whip Float! Pineapple juice on the bottom with said soft serve treat! TO DIE FOR!!!! I can't believe nobody's mentioned the chocolate covered marshmellows at MGM. They're in the candy shop with the villians store. I'll take mine coated with chocolate and...

    Turkey Legs?????

They are definately NOT ham. When you smoke something it gives off a certain flavor. Most hams are smoked, therefore the confusion. Here in San Antonio, during a weeklong Fiesta in March, turkey legs sell like hotcakes. Usually around $6. You see TONS of people walking around with...

4 Year Old on Splash Mountain?

My daughter got on when she just turned 3. Her birthday was in August and we went in December 2004. She loved it! She even got on BTMRR. She's looking forward to getting on Tower of Terror and The Matterhorn in a couple of weeks. She's unusually tall for her height. I think she's around 44"...

Why not cap crowds every day?

tmartin said: Why not open Disneylands in say, San Antonio Yeah! Why not! (Said the man from San Antonio.) :rotfl2: I would kinda have to agree with tmartin in a weird way. Disneyland makes it's money from tourists, not locals. Easy way to cut locals out of the equasion is to...

4 day hopper 2 times in one year vs. Ap

Well, the AP's start at $209, so you would be able to go 4 times at regular price to make it worth it. If you are going twice, I'd invest in at least one AP at $329. That way you would get discounts on merch, food and room.

Disney is PodCasting the Celebration events from DL!!!

Thanks for the heads up! I've never heard of this, but I'm giving it a try. Cool idea, though!

LAX, Long Beach or John Wayne?

I would save your $500 and take a shuttle out of LAX for about $150 - $200. I booked a limo for 8 for $235 out of LAX. Save the dough for nice stuff at the park.
