I highly doubt it's phase 4. That's only happened once EVER. You should be fine with your adr. I keep checking to see if it updated, but it still says phase b.

According to WdW magic it is phase B.

I love the idea; but yes, ask the agency if its her real name. Ours changes names if the child is in county. Its the same name if the child is from counties away.
