Hope everyone had a great time and had safe trips home. Sorry we didn't get to meet most of you as we missed the sailaway get together and then didn't know what anyone looked like to meet them later on. I did get the chance to meet WiscBill and his wife, however, since he knew which room I was...

I guess so! There were signed Mickey photographs with my kids names on it that said "See you soon!" and some flashy 3-D postcards and a silver picture frame and some disney pencils and some stickers and other stuff I haven't even gotten to yet. I don't recall seeing this stuff when I booked...

Got my docs today along with a whole bag full of other Disney stuff. Since the docs were given to me by my TA, I don't know how much of the stuff is actually from Disney and what was thrown in from the agency....but I was flipping through the bag and the kids are going to love some of these things!

I've been busy and away from this board for a while....looks like we've added a bunch of fellow cruisers! Great! It hasn't sunk in for me yet that our trip is only a couple of weeks away. Maybe if our docs show up it will feel a little more real. WiscBill, I see you've expanded the...

Count me in for that! Y'know what goes well with a scotch tasting, don't you? A low stakes friendly neighborhood poker game. I wonder if we could put one of those together...

I'm sure we can arrange a tour for you. :) Maybe we'll do the party again too since it was certainly fun to host.

That sounds like fun. Last cruise, I met bunch of DIS'ers in one of the bars (Diversions I think?) on the first day at sea and we also had a cocktail party before dinner one night in the Roy Suite.

    What's the best way ..

There is quite a lot to see and do at the Orlando airport. I read somewhere once that if your kids haven't been to Disneyworld, you can spend a couple of hours at the Orlando airport and tell them they have been to Disney afterall! :earsboy:

    Royal Suite Questions

The Cat 1's also have a third half bath in the hallway and a galley food prep area. And, there is actually a full living room, full dining room (seats 8 I think) and, in the Walt, another living area called the media room. The concierge is more than happy to help plan a party in the royal...

Some post office branches will take the pictures and process the passport applications all at the same time. Usually, you need to make an appointment (at least around here we did.)

Roy Suite vs Walt Disney Suite

Royal Suite vs. heat and food? Forget about it...get a smaller room. The suite is great but one of the people I travel with refuses to cruise unless he can have the owner's suite (or on DCL, the royal suite). If I was footing the entire bill and it was a struggle to pay for it, I would...

Roy Suite vs Walt Disney Suite

The Roy is really nice. I stayed there in May 2004 and will be there again in January 2006. I didn't miss not having a piano....especially if it is non-functional! Not that anyone in my family plays anyhow. It's great to be able to spread out and travel with your family in the same suite...

    Live from Disney! (with pics)

Just wanted to put in my thanks for a great trip report! Disney should refund the cost of your vacation in exchange for all the great public relations you have given them!

Hi WiscBill! Happy to have you with us. The Bourbon tastings are scheduled exactly at the times you want them to be scheduled. It goes like this: 1. Go to any bar on the ship. 2. Order any number of bourbons you want. 3. Taste them. I will be the guy next to you having my own scotch...
