I called Member Services to ask this question. Unfortunately, they told me I could not change my resort reservation or I would lose my Moonlight Magic reservation. I was hoping to move to an EPCOT resort if it became available.

I'm having the same problem. I got the email, changed my password and was able to get into the website one time. The next time I tried to log on, I got the password reset message again and now can't get into my account.

I needed extra zip ties from OL when staying at several resorts on the same trip. I called OL and they delivered extra ties to bell services for me.
