we have just returned from a 2 week stay in Bradenton, nr Sarasota. Visited several beaches during that time & did see a few dead fish washed up on the beach but it didnt keep us away & none of us have suffered any ill effects.

Does anyone know if mobile phone chargers work ok with an adapter in US? Also, as we use a battery charger ( for NI MH re chargeables)for the digital camera, does this work ok with an adapter?

We have booked with TCD- this is how we heard about the lounge. Do they keep numbers low- just wondered if its actually possible to use the internet & playstation room or are there huge queues?

Can anyone tell me about changes being made re going through immigration in USA? I have read in the paper recently that very shortly fingerprints will be scanned on arrival & that a machine readable passport is required. How do I know if my passport will be ok? It was issued in 1997.
