Don't know about pick up...I put in airport pick up but you're right if shuttle to pick up could be troublesome...or one parent stays back while the other picks up car.

We aer going next April and will be in Value.... first time. I agree if you are not there much then no big deal. As for the pools well we went for a visit to see other hotels... went to Grand Floridian and sat around the pool on the nice lounge chairs.
