We booked the land & sea separately. We ended up doing 5 nights at the Caribbean Beach Resort (BEAUTIFUL!) and the 3 night cruise in room 6110 with the verandah. It was cheaper booking it that way since I didn't really want to spend the extra money on the more expensive hotel room at WDW.
