I've been "out" of the DVC-thing for a while - rules, regulations, etc. Looks like lots have changed - especially since 1/1/08. Is there an advantage to owning one large contract at "Resort A" and a smaller contract at "Resort B"? My wife and I are considering a small add-on - 25-50...

Here are some photos of a "construction project" at the Contemporary I took while on the Monorail on May 7, 2007... Several CM's told me this is for the new "DVC Tower". When I asked a CM who represents DVC, he laughed and said, "Gee... I have no idea what you're talking about!"

Quick question.... First time staying anywhere other than SSR, and just booked at Wilderness Villas.... Do the Wilderness Villas share amenities with the Wilderness Lodge? (i.e. theme pool, etc.)

Instead of buying two 150 pt SSR contracts, I should have bought six 50 pt contracts. The smaller the contract, the higher the resale value - should you ever decide to get out of the DVC. Also, small contracts sell very quickly. My advice - buy several small contracts instead of one large...

What's the latest rumor on any type of growth/expansion of the WDW monorail system? In my opinion, the monorail is a WDW "icon" as much as anything else on the Disney Campus can be and somewhat of an attraction itself - in an odd sort of way. Why not grow it? - especially in this day and...
