There are SO FEW of these sort of attractions (thrill type rides) at Disney as a whole, it only make sense to try and avoid two closed at once if by only a few days or weeks.

As so many people reiterate over and over again, buy where you want to stay and where you will be happy staying. With all the talk about possible changes down the road, this may at some point be very important to you.

I have owned 10+ years and NEVER have been able to take advantage of the annual pass discount that allows one to get in and out of the parks for much less money per day then me. I only own enough points to go once a year and an annual pass doesn't make any sense so it isn't a perk to me at...

Both resorts are great....we have had wonderful visits to both. Either way you can't go wrong in my opinion. As most will say....buy where YOU want to stay most.
