Anyone who has stayed Club level at GC and also the Florida resorts, how did it compare In terms of offerings and general craziness (quieter like WL or hectic like Poly etc)?

Club Crew - Moving away from some of the recent lounge disappointments at DW, have any of you stayed club @ Grand Californian lately? Did the offerings (and craziness) compare well to our lounges? We are looking to give it a try early 2024. Thanks!

Glad to see new dishes. I enjoyed the wide open lounge last year but they were really hurting for meat dishes…and the sliced salami and cheese was visibly stale at night (they reused from earlier and I guess didn’t store well). Maybe time to try again :)

While I love Poly, the CL has been a known issue for awhile now. It was always busy, for the reasons @GADisneyDad14 has pointed out, but some of the (non guest related) issues can and should be addressed by management. For example, adequate staffing, running out of food, plate issues. Etc. I...

Yep. And unfortunately it were those people that really behaved poorly (Continually keeping the balcony door open letting the humidity in and walking away, taking most of chairs outside, yelling as if it’s their own private kitchen, etc. The Tower club especially can’t handle all that.

Otherwise excellent! Frittatas the other days along with avocado toast. Rotating sausage/bacon/spiral ham. Nutella crepes, bread pudding, & shrimp + grits also made appearances.
