I am going to give it a try......we added a 13 year old to our reservation and POR is the only mod that will allow 5 in the room. We arrive August 28th so I'm hoping it is just the bad being said more than the good---we love the Movies and I see lots of complaints about it:confused3

My TA cannot make past August 29, 2009 but she said she would check each day.

We are splitting our stay between the POP and AKL Concierge in Nov. I let them know I needed a non-smoking room because my infant has asthma. Everything I have been receiving for both ressies says "Guaranteed non-smoking room" "guests reports infant has asthma". So I would maybe call back...
