I have to agree about the pills! This may be tmi, but my reaction to lactose is violent diarrhea. Taking the pills I suppose does technically work....it prevents diarrhea. But it doesn't work as good as it should, so instead of 15-20 minutes of diarrhea I get 12-24 hours of severe gas and...

If you are in Baton Rouge, there is a waterproof lanyard and bag that you can get at Academy sports. I got one last year for a trip to Schlitterbahn and wore it to Universal last December also, and it worked wonderfully. It held my cell phone all day at schlitterbahn...in pools, lazy river...
