    2/9/2013 - Fantasy Mardi Gras Cruise *****

I also have an inside room booked because of the virtual porthole. I'm a bit nervous because we've never stayed in an inside room before. :scared1: Out of 7 cruises, we've only stayed in balcony cabins, except once we did an oceanview but that cruise had NO sea days. Thanks for the heads up...

    Door decorations at Disneyland Hotel?

I love decorating my door on Disney cruises. I'll be staying at the Disneyland Hotel in a few weeks. Are the doors made of metal so I can put magnets on them? Any other way to decorate them without damaging the door?

    2/9/2013 - Fantasy Mardi Gras Cruise *****

DH and I just booked today. We're 2 DINKs (double income no kids) and this will be our 3rd Disney cruise; our last one was in 2009. It'll also be our 9th or 10th cruise total depending on how 2012 goes. I didn't even realize it will be during Mardi Gras. I'm looking forward to celebrating...

Renting points for a DCL cruise?

I don't know much about DVC but I think members can use their points on cruises, right? Can I rent points towards the cost of a DCL cruise? If so, is there a chart that shows me how many points I need for a certain cabin and cruise? We love DCL cruises but I'm trying to find ways to save money...

Procedure for DCL Transfers to Magic after staying at Hyatt?

The Hyatt is not available on Hotwire for everyone's pre-cruise dates (like the Friday night before I sailed) so it's good to know the other options. Another option is, if you use MyPoints, I redeemed MyPoints for Hyatt gift certificates and used the AAA rate so my stay cost me $10...

does AAA do passport pics for free(if you are a member)

If you have a digital camera, you can take them yourself: http://www.epassportphoto.com/ Print the photo on photo paper. I did this when I renewed my passport and it worked perfectly. Did it on my own time for free!

    Is the second Tortola back?

We went to St. Thomas the last week of April and many jewelry stores said it was their last week before they pack up and head to Alaska for hurricane season. Business is apparently so slow during hurricane season it isn't worth it to stay open and they make money going where there is more business.

    Has anyone gone to Tortola?

I was on the first DCL Tortola cruise. Check out my trip report (link in signature)!

    DCL to MCO....Can I make a 12:55 flight "easily"?

On our 4/25 cruise, we had the last breakfast time and used DCL transfers to get to MCO. We were at the airport at 10:30 am. You shouldn't have any problems catching your flight.

Per person and it includes a fixed meal. If you want more than what it comes with, you have to pay extra.

    Disney vs. RCCL

I'd like to do the bridge tour when we sail on Voyager of the Seas. Do we need to reserve tickets, like DCL's galley tour? Or will it just be on the schedule and you show up?

    Disney vs. RCCL

I expect my RCCL bill to be much lower than our DCL bill. We spent at least $200 on Disney merchandise and I'm sure RCCL merchandise will be much less enticing! :rotfl: I'll PM you my TA's info!
