I've only seen them outside of Universal and inside the gates of IOA. They aren't as annoying as some photographers I've seen.

The only Universal one I've seen is the 'Great Hotels' of Portofino. They had a Universal special years ago but that's the last one I've seen. I haven't even seen Universal commercials this year. :confused3
