When going up stairs to the raft slide, I got real ansy and normally I am not afraid of heights. Just the thought of someone going over the railing made me panic. But I got myself worked up.

How do they check that height requirement.? both my kids are within an inch of 48 inches. aka one is 49 and one is 47. do they have those ruler like things at the ride?

We stayed there a few years ago and enjoyed it. THe good thing is that the pool is 1/2 indoors. The units were very nice--at least the 2 bedroom we stayed in. I dont have anything bad to really say. Sandy

There was some smaller amusements parks on I-drive. I think a wristband was like 20$, and if the grownup did not participate, 5 for them to get in. They had go carts. Sandy

Last year we went Wed-Fri and it was not that bad. This year we only went on Thursday and it was mobbed. We did AK and MGM. The weather was also warmer this year, even with the showers.

Not much has changed yet. I got this hotel on priceline. The location is very good and there is a free wireless in the lobby. The rooms were typical hotel room still. I had no complaints. Not sure when they plan on doing the renovations but it can only make it better :) sandy

Does anyone know what the problem was that caused Kali River Rapids to be closed down on Thursday, 1/4/07? It was closed down between Noon and 1 PM, and was still shutdown when we left the park around 3:30. Just curious (still have my fast passes). FX
