I'm calculating almost 10% increase for a 7 day, no expiration, park hopper: $39.xx (yesterday) to $43.00 (today). Even though we are off to Orlando this week, this rate increase is having me consider skipping WDW altogether.

Thanks southtown. We have 3 Villas (family reunion) for the 7th - 11th. Their web site indicates the Publix is the closest grocery store. Is that on 192? Do you have a different grocery store that you prefer? BTW, where in PA? My family was from Pittsburgh.

Amanda: We are considering Holiday Villas for January 2006. Are you still planning to stay there? Has anyone else stayed there within the past 3 months and is willing to give an update or opinion?
