We were there today. When you visit, 8 are inside, and 7 are found outside of the Undergroud. Three of those are between the entrance and the World of Coca Cola. There are also some of the Cows and Baseballs from other projects.

I believe HRH has same set-up you are describing. We have stayed there, the air conditioning does not shut off. Just think about it ~ that makes no sense. They wouldn't put you in a room with 90 degree weather and windows that do not open. You'll be nice and cool all night long.

On the Kids Suite ~ We have stayed in a Kid's Suite at HRH, and actually, it only has a King Size bed and a seperate bedroom with 2 twin beds. It only slept 4.

First, you'll love DC. When we visited, we booked directly through DC. If I remember correctly, they sent a similar letter, and we were able to go to Guest Services at SeaWorld, and they took care of admission.
