There are 11 DVC resorts at Walt Disney World totaling THOUSANDS of rooms. At Disneyland there is 1 with about 50 rooms. So even a 300+ room addition is a tiny fraction of supply compared to WDW. 11 resorts, thousands of rooms and you still can't reservations at most of them unless it's right...

I absolutely hope I’m wrong but I feel like this is A LOT of optimistic hopeful speculation. Zero chance it’s under $250 and $300 (maybe $295 to look better on paper) seem more likely than the not.

Although there a few options for 39 points there is no availability in a studio for those nights anywhere.

I’ve never been but from research and experience and many other hotels through the years “view” is a crapshoot, good and bad. I’ve seen photos of so called better views that were garbage and lesser level views...
