My timeline was pretty similar to yours. We closed 1/27 and received our Member Letter in the mail on 2/11.

Thanks for the replies... Received our membership letter today and activated the online account. I just went back to see our actual closing and it took 16 days to arrive in our mailbox.

We closed on our resale about 20 days ago. How long should I expect to wait for my membership info from Disney? We have an August use year and I know I need to bank 2016 points soon.

We have been 5 times over the past 6 years at various times during December. The first and second week are the same with very manageable crowds and low wait times. The third week was bad last year and even worse this year.

Using Uber will save you so much time for probably only $5-$6. Just an FYI about Uber...they can only pick you up in the taxi area of the parking lots at parks.

My husband and I like craft beers. We've found that most of the places around Disney do a pretty good job selecting a wide variety. There are some pretty good local breweries featured too. For flights go to Raglan Road at Disney Springs. The great atmosphere is a plus.

I'm actually scared that we might lose it based on the selling price. It's what the owner asked for which I feel was a great price for a loaded contract.

It is August...hoping we get through this process by the end of the month.

We are waiting on a contract to pass ROFR that has 150 - 2016 points. If I bank them to 2017, and do not use all 300 points in 2017, will I be able to be able to bank 150 or less to 2018? I understand you can't bank points twice. We will use points April/May 2018 so I'm hoping that they use...
