We've had both. I stayed 3 days once and the people upstairs were very inconsiderate and dragged chairs across the tile as well as rolling suitcase back and forth. Very annoying. And last trip we stayed 2 weeks on floor 1 and only heard some noises but not too annoying. I think its a gamble.

Stayed at Vista Cay last year and was not disappointed in the resort, the cost or the proximity to Universal.

If I remember correctly: WH to AK = 8-10 minutes WH to HS = 12 minutes WH to Epcot 15 minutes WH to MK 20 minutes I would say these times are from the gate at WH to your parking spot in each parking lot. They also can be affected by traffic and traffic lights.
