Yes. In fact, we twice postponed a reguarly scheduled WDW trip to make sure we will be there when it opens. We just hope it's not as cheap feeling as the rest of the park or we'll never step foot on Universal property again.

The DIS community has provided more tips than I have time to mention but the one that made me the happiest. "Bring your camera's battery charger to park and if you need a recharge take it to the photo store on main street for a free recharge'. Not sure if all parks provide this service but...
