    cabins 8000 and 8002

We stayed in 8000 and LOVED it! There is actually more room because where a normal room ends, the window goes on an angle. It was a great room, and although it would seem like a long walk to anything, it wasn't that bad. We really enjoyed the room and I'd love to stay in it again.

    Dream Stateroom 8000 & 8002

We were on a month ago in 8000. We loved the room, however there wasn't a pull down. Great location, loved the window. It also doubled as a clothes drying rack!

Huge news from our Daughter now what to do with our cruise?

Usually the programs start later in January, so your trip would be okay in December. I know that 7 years ago, CPs could get discounts on cruises. That being said, depending on her managers, she could ask for a week off and go with you on a different one later in the year. There were a few kids...

Tortola...Is it worth getting off the ship??

We used Eggbert, who has a boat to take you over to the Baths. He left us off at the beach. No walking down from the top. It was also a very nice boat ride, we enjoyed it. Gave us a contact number of 284-443-5288. Can't tell you if that's still valid since it's been almost 2 years.

Tortola...Is it worth getting off the ship??

Have to agree with Virgin Gorda. We did it on our own, but that was the best place I've ever been. It was BEAUTIFUL! We ended up with a 12 and 7 year old with us and they did fine and had a blast!

Last time I saw one was for March 2008 on the Wonder.

    No more cakes -

This one was also easier to transport. They have a nice lid that goes on the dish. We took ours back to the room and I ate it the next day mid-meal. Don't forget to get a fork though, I had to tear the two layers apart and eat with my fingers. It worked, but a fork would have been cleaner :)

How far out do you need to book?

Both of our cruises on the new ships went up almost double, if not more since I booked them. I booked our Dream the first day general public could, and Fantasy 3 months after it was available. From the day that Fantasy was available to book to the day I booked it, the price went up about $200 a...

    Our Fantasy Location

http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/cruise-new/roomreport.cfm?Room=2024 There is a review here for your room on the Dream, since the Fantasy is still being built. However, since they are sister ships it will most likely be similar. Except for this last time we have always sailed on deck 2 of the...

    Goofy on deck

It is listed in the navigator. The one time we went up to that deck at the time Goofy was going to be out, he played ping pong with a few kids and we took some pictures. He even shot a few hoops! It was very neat!

    Packing light- repeat of clothes?

Also, remember that one night is pirate night! So a black t-shirt or pirate gear works well for that night. We usually do jeans and a Pirates shirt. We got our gear from the World of Disney store DTD before we left. If you do a Palo brunch or dinner, you can wear that outfit to the "optional...

Dream - mini review (9/15 sailing)

I second that, we were on a B2B 4/3 and the guests were bad! They let their kids jump on couches, and run all around and into people. Not sure what it was due to, but on both cruises guests were rude, and even mean to the CMs. I also agree on the exit to the Quiet Cove. Although there was...

Ahoy Matey! ... Not. Pirate Alternatives

We just got back from a B2B, and on pirate night we saw the first show from Deck 12 both times. It wasn't crowded up there so you could see all the fun without being surrounded by people. Also, right after the fireworks occur, the buffet in Cabana's opens. The second night we skipped the second...

    CC Snorkeling

I know this wasn't your question, but if you have room to pack it, I would buy a set before you set sail. We found a full Body Glove set on sale at BJs (wholesale club) originally $50. It was MUCH nicer than what they offer at CC, and if you aren't experienced, the ones we got were great because...

    Tuluum

I really enjoyed our tour, we at while there in a small little outdoor cafe and that was the best part. The weather was bad in Cozumel and the boat ride was something you would see on Deadliest Catch, so if you get motion sickness make sure to take meds!! I didn't think the bus ride was all that...

Excursions For Tortola, St. Thomas and St. Marteen

We went to Virgin Gorda and the Baths on our Tortola day, and it was great! I loved it SO much. I wish that Disney would go back there more often.
