My son and I did the MS previews and I did not think the crowd levels at Epcot were bad. However AK is much smaller and I think that this will have an impact on the crowds there. I would suggest early morning only. Thats what we will be doing.

June will not be much different than September. You will likely se a little less rain though. You can also catch Star Wars Weekends at MGM the first two weekends of the month. We will be there at the same time.
