I ordered my rewards card on July 22nd so that we can use our points on our upcoming trip. The rep told me it should be in by today (Aug 2nd). No Luck. The Chase rep I spoke to today said that if it does not come in then I can have the points put back onto my acct and get a rewards card loaded...

We're booked for POR 08/14-17 with a rack rate discount. We would absolutely LOVE to stay at the Poly but this discount does not apply to that resort. What are my chances of getting a discounted rate at the Poly before we go?

We have plans to eat at the Kona sushi bar the first night of our stay. I made an ADR for Kona but there was no designation to choose either the restaurant or sushi bar. Is there a way to insure that the ADR is for the sushi bar and not the restaurant?

What price are you getting for the Late Summer Savings discount code for August for a deluxe? I tried them for the Polynesian and got price for 3 days for $1009 but these codes should get $189 (from what I've read). :confused3 Anyone getting a better price?

It's been quite a few years, but......How far in advance can you make resort reservations by telephone? I realize that online reservations only go out so far but I used to be able to make telephone reservations up to two years ahead of time. Can that still be done? Thanks in Advance!

When I called to request a coffee pot and frige in our Poly room the CM told me that they were standard in every room. Really? Even the frige? Have you found this to be the case?

We have actually gone the week before the week of Thanksgiving (took the kids out of school) and it was amazingly quiet. No lines no crowds.

If you do online check-in, what happens when you get to the resort? I understand that you stand in a different line but you Still interact with a CM, don't you? :confused3 Would love to know what to expect. Thanks!
