Topsail is my family's favorite place to visit in the summer! Nice quiet beaches, just enough other activities to do (fishing on the pier, jetskiing, minigolf, etc.). They have a new Walmart grocery store which is very convenient. I hope the secret of Topsail doesn't get out! lol

I second Topsail Beach - it's not crowded, but plenty of things to do in the area. We've been going there for over 10 years.

Totally agree! We buy the 10-day, non-expiring park hoppers and get at least 3 trips out of them, the upfront cost is high but it's nice to not have to worry about paying for tickets for a few trips after that. We ordered some before the change so we are good for a few years, but after that...

I've stayed at SSR a few times and Congress Park is definitely the place to stay if you want the easiest access to the walkway to DTD. The resort looks big and spread out, but it really is pretty easy to get around with all the paths, roads, etc. It's one of our favorites to stay at.

You need to come back and finish up this TR - don't leave us in suspense! :)
