    Strange experience at CRT?

That's just weird. I've had weight loss surgery and rarely (pretty much never) eat more than half of anything, I do explain it to the server - I would hate for them to get in trouble for my medical issue

Hi, I just read your report tonight and it is great!!! You sound like you had fun, but your mom sounds like a pistil lol. You do have a great writing style. Some of the places you went are on my next trip list and some aren't. I appreciate all of the pics and reviews. Looking forward too...

Anyone else like me - parking fee

Because my injury/illness is more effected by long time movement I don't need tags at home. I can walk into the store and pick up a few things. At our biggest store (Walmart) I use a sit and shop. So I have no tags but could never do Disney without a scooter. This is frustrating

Anyone else like me - parking fee

I don't know about tags. The only thing I've read about valet is that it will go up as well. I've read nothing about disabled accessibility

Anyone else like me - parking fee

it is being widely reported that Disney will start charging an overnight parking fee at all resorts. I use a scooter. I also have an anxiety disorder. We've gone to Disney well over 15 times. 3/4 of those times I've used s scooter (long term health issues - invisible). The first few times...

Would you pay $40-$50 for a buffet back home?

The only other place we eat at a buffet is Las Vegas and we pay about the same as Disney. We don't do cheap buffets. We also don't enjoy cheap restaurants. My mom and dad go to an area in the winter where price is more important than quality and I do not enjoy eating out when we visit them...

    Dignified Graduation vs. proud parents

After reading just some of the replies to this thread I am SOOOO very happy to live in a small town. This year I attended the High School graduation because my God son was the valedictorian. There were about 170 grads. All of the names were read, clapping and cheering ensued and then the next...

    To future hilcopter moms

I'm not sure everyone is being fair to the OP. It's not always easy to break away from a mother that has been such a large part of of your life. OP - if you are comfortable I would suggust seeking out a counselor to help you sort through the issues. Sometimes someone with a fresh perspective...

Would you be ok with your 18yr DD delivering pizza?

It really depends on where you live. I live in a pretty small town and here pizza delivery drivers are really pretty safe. We've never had a crime happen to them. I worked for Domino's oh so long ago as an 18 year old and never considered safety (except whether I was safe driving on the icy...

Disboarders-Enough with the Sleeping In Pressure!!

Here is my secret - I NEED my sleep - vacation or not. At home I get 9 hours minimum. So we stay at WDW for 2 weeks, we bought DVC so this would be affordable, and coming all the way from California it just makes sense. We also both have jobs with large amounts of vacation (over 4 weeks per...
