Hi Cora, sorry I was the bearer of bad news. DH and I celebrated our 15th anniversary at PBH last June and had a great time. We had initially booked a Villa room (having stayed in one the previous November), and then it was discountinued before our trip. We did get bumped up to a Butler Villa...

The Villa rooms, lounge and services associated with them were discounted well over a year ago. There is a concierge available in the lobby, but no "concierge level" is offered at PBH. You can however book a Butler Villa.

Deluxe pool views are located in the west wing, which is where you want to be. The west wing is closest to the main pool, boat launch and villa pool. The DPV rooms are the largest (excluding kid suites & suites), these were the old "Villa" rooms. I don't know what your TA means by Club room...

There is entertainment nightly....solo artist on the porch (usually play 5pm - 9pm) and a band inside that begins playing around 9pm.

We've eaten there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have always enjoyed the food and the service was always very good.

Thanks for the report Donna! That's great that you came out 100 bucks ahead in Vegas. I know what you mean about the picture on your pass. Mine was taken on a 98 degree day....Yuck! :eek:
