We used it on Tuesday morning. There was not a line when we got there. We were dropping off a car. It took her less than 5 minutes to check us in and the shuttle took us right away (we were going back to the hotel). We have used Tony for the past 15 years. We typically go 2 to 4 times a year. We just returned yesterday from a trip over Labor Day. He has a couple other drivers and we have had them, too. They are always polite. Tony is amazing to us. Always there. Not an issue at all. Hope this helps.

I respect your experience. All I can tell you is that over the last 15 plus years we have never had that experience, nor have any of the people I referred. They have always been wonderful to us. Not exactly sure what happened, but it was your experience and I respect that.

Yes. I agree. That is why I asked about this year. We did, however, in the past, watch people buy MNSSHP tickets even though it said sold out. Not quite sure of the exact application of the policy or if there is one.

Just as an fyi - We saw this often pre covid and even during covid for the event that they had at that time. We didn't buy tickets but talked to several and saw online people being filmed doing it. So, I knew it had happened in the past. But wasn't sure if that was still the case.
