Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout is the best in my opinion. It definitely gives me a great workout and it only takes up 30 minutes of my time. It has weights, cardio and abs all in one workout. If you have Time Warner Cable, then you can check it out for free On Demand under exercise TV.

I found this website a few days ago and I think it's great. www.pickyourown.org. You can look up by your state where to pick fruit, berries, veggies, etc. It also tells you how to freeze and can veggies/fruit and other stuff.
