I have run into the same problem but luckily I have a relative in Long Beach, CA that love Disneyland. They would never stay overnight at the park because they live so close but I offered them a night at the Disneyland Hotel and they had a blast.

I keep a few dishwasher tablets in my travel bag with my other tioletries. Never know when you are going to check into a hotel with a whirlpool. It takes a few minutes for the tablet to break down but it is very convenient to carry with you.

I have not found a cocoa that I like for the Keurig so I would be very careful. I would make sure you like it before you even consider it.

What size room are you looking for?

Not a lawyer but is it a material omission in the contract is between party A and party B? Is Disney technically a party to that contract or just a party to a previous contract with party A? Party B has no contract with Disney until Disney passes ROFR. Just wondering...

I will check Monday morning. Might be tough because the first week in December is a very busy time for DVC members.
