We had the same guarantee status for our last trip in August and it ended up working out great for us. We were upgraded to 2 category 10's right next to each other. I found out by just checking on the Disney Cruise website. Good Luck!
When we booked for the 08/07/2004 cruise we were on the ship, 08/08/2003 and we were told that we would get the $400 CREDIT PER STATEROOM for the trip even though it was not on the flyer. It is for the new itineraries when you book on board.

Shelley, I hope your daughter is doing better. Well guess what? The week before that my son did the same thing. He broke is right radius (wrist) while bike riding also. We were supposed to go to the beach for Labor day weekend and he was looking forward to the ocean. We went to the doctor...
I know my mother-in-law dropped my son off one time and that was not a problem. Your child just needs to know their cabin number. When I dropped off they never asked who I was. They also have arm-bands which have a code number that brings up all of their info.
When you register your child at the beginning of the cruise you fill out a form that asks you, Who is allowed to pick up your child? You also create a secret password that has to be used anytime the child is being picked up. It is a good safe system.
Kimickey, we are also from MD. You will absolutely love the cruise. We had been to WDW many times and we decided to something different as well. We took our first Disney cruise 08/02/2003 and had so much fun we booked again while we were on board. What also makes it fun is the time that...
I just recently used Orbitz for airfare, rental car and hotel when we went on the 08/02/2003 cruise. I was a little nervous, but everything went just as planned. They even have a service that calls your cell phone to let you know your flight status; i.e. on time or delayed and at which gate.
Beleive me I am a huge NASCAR fan but I would much rather be on the boat with you this weekend. I'm sure Kurt Busch drove Spencer nuts but he did not have to do that. Kurt has a way of saying things that just gets under his skin. Have fun on your trip.
xaBearx, I was hoping to see the Brickyard 400 when I was on the boat but that didn't happen. I guess the one thing that we do know is the Jimmy Spencer wont win this weekend.
P.S.- Tony really needs a win.
My wife and daughter both got their hair braided at Castaway Cay. My wife got her whole head done and my daughter half of her head and it was $128. I signed up to get their done on the ship but the girl who did the braids on the ship had an attitude (the only one I ran into). You can get them...
When you return your car to Avis Saturday morning they have a shuttle which takes you right to the port. The best thing to do is have one person drop everyone at the port and then that person takes the car back to Avis and then Avis will bring them back to the shuttle.
I was just on the 08/02 Western cruise down on Level 1 and it was great. We had no problems at all. Easy to get on and off at ports. No noise. We liked it so much we booked again for next year on the same level. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

On our last cruise I was on deck 1 in 1047 and 1049 and had no problems at all. Besides we were pretty much in our rooms to sleep and change clothes and that's it. It was just what we needed. In fact we booked our next cruise on the ship and picked rooms 1051 and 1053 because the are...
We just took a cruise and my wife and I are both on the Adkins Diet. It was pretty easy to stay with low carbs on the Ship because they do have all kinds of foods that are low in carbs.
I have my countdown set to 12:00 am that is probably why mine is of compared to everyone else. I will be wide awake at that time and technically on vacation so that is why I used that time. I think I will check out the auto train as well. As far as driving I don't know. We went to WDW Easter...
I was on 08/02 trip and beleive some of the movies were Pirates of the Caribbean, Lizzy McGuire Movie, Freaky Friday, Finding Nemo, Bringing Down the House and a few others.
