    Appetite suppressants that work?

I really want (and need) to take off 50-60 lbs...but I need help getting started. Have any of you found anything that helps "fill" you up or suppresses appetite? One of my biggest food issues is portion control. I know what amount I should eat, but I don't feel full or satisfied (or worry...

Great movie ride and other rides leaving for good????

Please please please put something new in place of TGMR. I don't enjoy it (and I really dislike The Wizard of Oz section - gives me the heebies - but I dislike the movie as well and for the same reason). I enjoy looking at the costumes, props and movie clips while in line far more than the...

Coronado Springs Resort -- New Unofficial FAQ Thread -- November 2009

We stayed at CSR June 5-12. It was our first time at this resort and we LOVED it . We were in Cabana 8A and it was perfect. Close to both the main and quiet pools and bus stop 4. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in at WDW. We didn't see "ally", but one day while at the...

SWEET TEA... where to get it at WDW

You can use the room coffee pot to brew tea. Just put your tea bags in the filter section, put sugar in the pot and as the hot tea pours in it will dissolve the sugar and voila sweet tea. Unfortunately I don't know how much sugar you would need (maybe 1/2 cup for that size pot of tea). But you...

SWEET TEA... where to get it at WDW

Florida is geographically "south" but not very southern. Since there are so many tourists and northern transplants in Florida, few restaurants will offer sweet tea - those unaccustomed to it often don't like it. It's too sweet for the average tastebuds. :upsidedow

    Tennesse

I would veto Nashville since they are still trying to clean up the flood damage.

    Packing question

A lightweight sweater/sweatshirt is always a good idea to have. The restaurants are often FREEZING especially compared to the extreme heat outside. If you are sweaty or wet from rides or get sunburned etc. the cold restaurants can be way too much of a good thing and a little covering is nice...

    Best sandal with support??

Thank you all for the replies:thumbsup2 I tried on several of the brands recommended and the ones that fit my arch best were Chacos. I bought them yesterday and I wore them for several hours yesterday afternoon and most of the day today to try to get my feet used to them. (there is no...

Leaving for WDW in 12 days...

We are staying at CSR for the first time and would like to request the casitas or cabanas (I know, I know a request is only a request). I made the request when I made the reservation, but do I call central reservations to be sure the request is on there? Should I fax CSR and make a request...

    Which is cooler?

Another option is to wear "manties" (men's microfiber fitted boxers)under your skirt/dress. They are cool, comfortable and much lighter weight than bike shorts. And they usually don't have too much bulgy fabric in the front.:thumbsup2

    Best sandal with support??

I'm a flip flop gal for everyday wear, but I have metatarsalgia and on again off again plantar fascitis (sp) and my beloved easy going flip flops just don't give me support for the kind of walking that you do at Disney. What supportive (and cute) sandals can you recommend for my upcoming trip...

2nd week of July???? I can take it...how bad is it??

My family has gone to WDW during July for the past 8 years straight. It is hot, humid and extremely crowded (lots and lots of teen/young adult tour groups from S. America during July). However, we have always had a great time by being laid back about planning and using fastpass. Obviously if...

Coronado Springs Resort -- New Unofficial FAQ Thread -- November 2009

My sister, niece and I take a yearly girls trip to WDW. We have stayed at CBR in the past but thought we would try CSR this year for something new. However, like many of you, we really want cabanas or casitas because they have a more tropical/exotic look. I put a request for cabanas but who...
