Port Orleans French Quarter -- EXCELLENT!!!

My wife and I were booked at the POFQ a few years ago (2003) when they were closing down parts of the resort for remodeling. I had done lots of research and had decided that POFQ was the place for us, as we were nearing 60 at the time. We got upgraded to the WL and missed out on the POFQ...

Block Family Wilderness Lodge Concierge Vacation - Day Two

Thanks for the report! We are getting close, and the excitement level is building big time. I had to LOL about your "bombing" episode. The same thing happened to me last year while sitting on a bench in downtown Boston. Ain't it fun?? :jester:

Is anyone else starting to worry about Hurricane Isabel?

Ocracoke Island on the NC outer banks has already been placed under a mandatory evacuation. I have construction job sites in the eastern coastal plain that we are currently in the process of "battening down" in preparation for Isabel. Wish me luck!! :(

Another ? about tipping @ WL

Thanks for the replies. Isn't it strange the things that pop into your head when time gets close? You worry about so many things while planning, and then a simple thing like tipping gets on your mind. Thanks again.

Another ? about tipping @ WL

I'm sure that this has been covered in other threads, but I just can't remember. Are the CM's that help you unload your luggage the same one's that take you to your room? If not, how much to tip for unloading and again for escort to room?
