I'm kind of picky about my coffee, but in April I thought it was pretty good. I've realized that everyone has their own likes and dislikes but coffee is not a make or break issue on vacation.

Zip locks are great, us old military guys have been doing that for years to keep stuff dry. Pack each bag with shirt, socks and underware. Larger bags hold one uniform each.

we had an Aft room on deck 10. Usually felt vibrations going into and out of port, but nothing that was overly distracting. I agree everyone is different and be more sensitive to it.
