    The statistics from this blog would be useful if they were actually relevant. If they're only tracking posted wait times, thats not the actual wait time for the ride usually. Think of when you see Pirates as a 15 minute wait. 90% of the time its less than fifteen. Going by the posted time...

    Splitting FP+ reservations

    You can change them before or in the park. Just stop by one of the kiosks, and they will essentially break you off from your group and can assign you different attractions.

    Splash Mountain is closed until late March, so don't plan on doing that.
