    Should I buy? Uncertain

Perhaps I was looking in the wrong places, but I didn't find any resale points for less than $85 per point, plus the hassle of trying to secure my own loan, and being locked out of using points for anything other than WDW DVC resorts justified the additional cost per point for us. I know that...

    Should I buy? Uncertain

My husband and I purchased direct from Disney in 2012 and paid $105 per point for SSR, which was a pretty phenomenal deal compared with what the resale purchase price would have been at the time. Since then, the price has risen to $155 per point for direct purchases which is a pretty big jump...

SSR Lovers and Owners Part 2

We stayed in the grandstand area this past trip and it was excellent. The proximity to a bus stop and the carriage house was awesome! We also loved the fact that there was a beverage refill station just steps away from our room at the pool area.

How many more days until your Disney cruise - Part 3

Just returned from our 4 night cruise on the Magic. It's such a small ship compared to the Dream, but it was beautiful nonetheless. They still had all the Christmas decorations up, too, which made it really nice.

We have done WDW before each of our cruises and really enjoy using the cruise to wind down after long days and nights in the parks...in August for our 3rd cruise, we may not go to WDW at all and either go on back to back cruises or Vero Beach, we haven't yet decided which one

SSR Lovers and Owners Part 2

My husband and I bought our first DVC contract at SSR and do enjoy staying there from time to time. We also own at AKV and really love it there too. We won't really have an idea what our favorite resort is until we stay in more locations.
