Narcoossee's is fantastic. I'd say go there regardless of whether you can get into BOG or not. If you're on the dining plan, be aware that it is 2 credits though, while BOG for dinner is only 1.

I'm not sure how close the Hyatt is to WDW but what if you went to DTD on your pre night? It wouldn't help with the luggage thing but its a nice way to immerse yourself in Disney without having to necessarily pay triple the price.
