I am curious. The land if Florida. Could a corporation buying Disney ever split that land up. It has to be worth more than the entire company in real assets.

2004 Comcast takeover. It could have happened but didn’t, many said because a lot of stock is owned by individual investors. The parks were always Disney’s cash cow, with prolonged closure and the debt from Fox. Let’s hope not. Can anyone imagine that land in Florida being split up.

The best outcome from this would be reduction in crowds closing some hotels and going back to simpler and more magical times. It isn’t magical with packed parks.

If the ride goes down and closes for the night they will give you a anytime fast pass for another day. They are very nice about that.

Just before park closes like maybe 15 before, get in line. Once the park closes there are no more fast pass people and the line moves.

We used park hoppers when the MK was routinely open late. Now they all close pretty much the same time. Also with all the construction the buses are slower.

We were up there Friday. Either side of the upper platform is open, they have put two or three park benches in. The center part in front was VIP only. The crowds were light Friday.
